¹× °£È£Á¶Á÷À» Æ÷ÇÔÇÏ´Â ½Å±Ô °£È£»çÀÇ È¸º¹Åº·Â¼º°ú °ü°èÁöÇâÀû °£È£Á¶Á÷À¸·Î °³¼±½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇÑ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇϱâ À§ÇÔÀÌ´Ù. ¹æ¹ý: ÁßÀ翬±¸¸ðµ¨À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ȸº¹Åº·Â¼ºÀ» ÁõÁø½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇÑ Á¶Á÷¹®È­ °³¼± ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇÏ¿´´Ù. 2018³â 8¿ùºÎÅÍ 12¿ù±îÁö ¹®Çå°íÂû, Æ÷Ä¿½º ±×·ì ÀÎÅͺä¿Í ¿å±¸ Á¶»ç°¡ ½ÃÇàµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç À̸¦ ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ ¼³°èµÇ¾ú´Ù. °³¹ßµÈ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥Àº °£È£°ü¸®ÀÚµéÀÇ Å¸´çµµ °ËÁõÀ» ÅëÇØ °³Á¤µÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á°ú: ¿¬±¸Âü¿©ÀÚÀÇ 58.5%´Â °¡Àå ÀÌ»óÀûÀÎ Á¶Á÷¹®È­¸¦ °ü°èÁöÇâÀû ¹®È­¶ó°í ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ¿¬±¸Âü¿©ÀÚÀÇ 61.8%°¡ ½Å±Ô °£È£»çÀÇ ÀûÀÀÀ» À§ÇØ Á¶Á÷¹®È­ °³¼± ÇÁ·Î±×·¥¿¡ Âü¿©Çϱ⸦ Èñ¸ÁÇß´Ù. Æ÷Ä¿½º ±×·ì ÀÎÅͺ並 ÅëÇØ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ´ë»ó(ÁÖü)Àº ½Å±Ô °£È£»ç»Ó ¸¸ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó º´µ¿ ¹× °£È£ Á¶Á÷µµ Æ÷ÇÔ½ÃÄÑ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù°í ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Å±Ô °£È£»ç °ü°èÁöÇâ(Reinforcement of Resilience and Relation, 3R) ÇÁ·Î±×·¥Àº 1³â °úÁ¤À¸·Î, ¡®¸àÅä-¸àƼ¡¯ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥°ú ¡®°¨»çÇϱ⡯ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ Æ÷ÇԵȴÙ.

°á·Ð; ±âÁ¸ÀÇ ½Å±Ô °£È£»çÀÇ ¿ª·®À̳ª ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë ÈÆ·Ã µîÀÇ ´ÜÆíÀûÀÎ ±³À°¿¡¼­ È®´ëµÈ 3R ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÅëÇØ ÀÇ·á±â°üÀº °ü°è Áß½ÉÀû Á¶Á÷¹®È­¸¦ Á¶¼ºÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ½Å±Ô °£È£»çÀÇ È¸º¹Åº·Â¼º Çâ»ó¿¡ ±â¿©ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a program for reinforcing the resilience of new nurses and relation-oriented organizational culture.

Methods: An Intervention Research (IR) model was used to develop a program. Literature review, focus group interviews with nurses and need surveys were conducted from August to December 2018. Based on the results of the investigation, the researcher developed the content of a program. The program was revised by nurse managers for the content validation.

Results: According to the results of the need surveys, 58.8% of the participants thought relation-oriented culture was the most ideal, and 61.8% of the participants wanted to participate in a program for organizational culture improvement. In the focus group interview, not only new nurses but also wards and nursing organizations should be a target subject of the program. Reinforcement of resilience and relation (3R) program was developed as a one-year course, which includes a ¡®mentor-mentee¡¯ program and a ¡®thanks¡¯ program.

Conclusion: It would contribute to improving the resilience of new nurses and creating a relation-oriented organizational culture by 3R program. The 3R program could play a role as expanded program from an existing pragmatic short-term training program for improving the competencies or communication skills of new nurses.
